"How to get rid of dark spots on skin."

Sometimes we want to raise our arms to celebrate or embrace a loved one and we feel embarrassed to do so due to those darkened parts of the skin.
We know that an even tone in the color of the skin is very attractive, has a better appearance and is tied with healthy skin. We must keep in mind that if the problem is not a symptom of a serious illness, there are many ways in which we can regenerate the tissues and white out the darkened areas.

But also, that many causes can trigger various spots on the skin.
The neck is usually affected by a disease called acanthosis nigricans, by the passage of time or by prolonged exposure to the sun.

The elbows and knees are more easily damaged since they have thicker skin and more folds, giving way to drying and cracking. The armpits, in turn, can be harmed by poor hair removal, such as the use of very hot wax or irritation caused by razors and shaving. Another factor is the use of deodorants and antiperspirants.

When we do not take the necessary measures of care and hydration, these areas begin to stain with a pigmentation much darker than the rest of the body. However, there are natural remedies and aesthetic aids that will put an end to this embarrassing problem. Here are some of our recommendations:

ALOE VERA
Aloe is an excellent contribution to the health of our skin. Not only does it even out the our skin tone, but also makes it feel softer and moisturizes in depth. It is a very effective ingredient to preventing cancer, regenerating tissues and promotes blood circulation.

POTATOES
Potatoes contain chemical catalase. This enzyme has the property of clarifying the skin and stimulating cell regeneration. For this reason, this treatment is also effective for removing acne scars and blemishes. Another option is to add a bit of freshly squeezed lemon juice to the mashed potatoes to help lighten the skin.

TO REPAIR AND REMOVE DARK SPOTS ON ELBOWS AND KNEES:

SUGAR
Sugar is a powerful and natural exfoliant that stimulates cell regeneration and eliminates dead skin cells. To spice things up, you can also mix sugar with honey and olive oil for a better result.

ALMONDS
Both almonds and the almond oil are equally beneficial to the skin. Almonds are very nutritious and help maintain the health and appearance of the skin in excellent condition.

TO LIGHTEN STAINED AXILS

COW MILK
Cow's milk is rich in vitamins and excellent fatty acids to whiten your armpits. Mixed with curd, the lactic acid will enhance its whitening properties.
